**1. General Return & Refund Policy**  

**A. 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy**  

WWC offers a **30-day return policy** from the date of delivery on all products. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it **for a full refund—no questions asked**.  

**Conditions for a full refund:**  

✔ The item must be returned in its **original condition** (no signs of use, damage, or alterations).  

✔ The item must be **shipped back within 30 days** of delivery.  

✔ Return shipping costs are the **customer’s responsibility**, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).  

✔ Refunds will be issued **once the returned item is received and inspected**.  

**B. 90-Day Exchange & Store Credit Window**  

If you’re outside the 30-day return period but still need an adjustment, WWC allows **exchanges or store credit within 90 days of delivery**. This applies to situations where:  

✅ You’d like a different color or style of the same product.  

✅ You changed your mind and prefer something else from our shop.  

**Important details:**  

- Items must be in **original, unused condition** to qualify for an exchange or store credit.  

- Customers are responsible for return shipping.  

- If exchanging for an item of **greater value**, the price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped.  

- Store credit is **valid for one year** from the issue date.  

**2. Moon Phase Wall Hanging Repair & Warranty Policy**  

We know that resin art is an **investment**, and we stand behind our craftsmanship. That’s why our **moon phase wall hangings** come with a **one-year repair policy and a lifetime warranty**.  

**A. 1-Year Free Repair Policy (We Cover Return Shipping)**  

If your **moon phase wall hanging** experiences any damage related to **hardware failure** (e.g., a loose jump ring, broken clasp, or other structural issues) within the first **365 days of ownership**, we’ll fix it for free.  

**How it works:**

**B. Lifetime Warranty (Customer Covers Shipping Both Ways)**  

Beyond the **one-year repair window**, we still have your back! If your moon phase wall hanging ever needs repairs, you can send it back for **lifetime servicing**—you’ll just cover the shipping costs both ways.  

This lifetime service is our way of ensuring your cosmic art piece remains part of your space for years to come.  

**3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items**  

While we strive to be flexible, some items are **not eligible for return, exchange, or refund**, including:  

🚫 **Custom Orders & Personalized Items** – If an item has been **custom-made specifically for you** (e.g., custom shadow boxes, custom decals, custom apparel), it **cannot** be returned or refunded unless it arrives defective or damaged.  

🚫 **Sale & Clearance Items** – Items marked as **final sale** cannot be returned.  

🚫 **Gift Cards & Store Credit** – Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

🚫 **Digital Downloads & Printable Items** – Non-refundable once purchased.  

**Defective or incorrect custom items:**  

If we made a mistake with a **custom** order (wrong design, misspelling, incorrect item sent), we will **replace or refund the item** at no extra cost. Please contact us within **7 days of delivery** with photos of the issue.  

**4. The Return Process: Step-by-Step**  

If you need to return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

- Exchanges will be processed and shipped out as soon as the returned item is received.
